Introducing Casa Alpine Vista

Welcome to Casa Alpine Vista, a comfortable and recently renovated apartment in a fantastic central location in Sauze d’Oulx, with wonderful mountain views and space for up to 6 guests.

The location is particularly convenient for both skiing and enjoying the village. From the condominium, there are easy exits directly into the Piazza Terzo Reggimento Alpini, putting shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach, as well as an exit towards Via Clotes, providing quick access to the Clotes chairlift and ski slopes.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, making it a great option for families or groups. The bunk room also benefits from its own ensuite WC and washbasin, while the main bathroom has been fully renovated this year.

The newly renovated kitchen is modern and well equipped for a self-catering stay, with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, as well as plenty of space for preparing meals at home.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and guests also have the convenience of a laundromat within the building.

Located on the 12th floor, Casa Alpine Vista lives up to its name, with fantastic elevated views across Sauze and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is accessed by lift; however, its height is worth bearing in mind for guests who are particularly uncomfortable with heights.

With its central location, easy access to the slopes, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, and spectacular mountain outlook, Casa Alpine Vista is a practical and welcoming base for a ski holiday in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx.
